Schedule Change
Don't forget, our schedule change takes place this Monday, April 12th. We are excited to be adding more classes! We are now offering a class just for the ladies, on Tuesdays, from 8-9 pm. We will now have a no-gi bjj class as well. Students will be required to wear their GB gi pants, a rashguard, and belt. This class is for blue belts and up. We have also divided our Future Champions program into three age groups...Little Champs (3-6 years old), Juniors (7-11 years old), and Teens (12-15 years old). Gracie Barra, in conjunction with GB Comp Net, is hosting a 4 day training camp, exclusive to competitors who have pre-registered for our May 8th Gracie Barra Tournament.
Day 1 (4/11/10) >> Marcio Feitosa: Effective takedowns for tournaments
Day 2 (4/18/10) >> Kayron Gracie: Offensive open guard techniques
Day 3 (4/25/10) >> Flavio Almeida: How to work with points
Day 4 (5/02/10) >> Felipe Della Monica: Defensive techniques
10am-12pm
In order to attend these 4 classes hosted at Gracie Barra America. You will need to pre-refister and follow the directions given at that time. Space will be limited.
